Well I also want the same. As I also have tried to search that on Google. But I didn't get its full version. As I want its full version. If anyone has it than please can share here.

The easiest way to get a server ip and port is with the windows command line.
Just press start > run and write cmd.
Then open your L2 client and login to the login server or login in to the game.
Then write to your command line netstat -n
The command shows all the in-out going connections from your PC.
When you have the server IP then simply edit the set.ini in the walker folder using the notepad.
Protocol version 645 for c4, 746 interlude,831 kamael/hellbound, 851 (828 works to on retail) for gracia.

Click on "New Query", then go to your PPC Release folder and look for a folder named DBScript. Open the file "0_create-db.sql" with notepad then copy and paste all content to the New Query window, right click and press "Execute Query". You can also simply click 0_create-db.sql twice and it'll automatically perform the query. After you've done that, all databases and tables should be created.

Linage Revenge 2 server tutorial much like Hick's Guide and demondo's simplified a linear knowledge base liberary and guide database. So this is a guide line from me for this.
